    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations can be made online. A 10% fee will be charged for each cancelled registration received on or before June 9, 2017. Cancellations received between June 10, 2017 and September 24, 2017 will receive a refund of 50%. No refunds will be given after September 24, 2017. Substitutions however, may be made at any time. No-shows, without prior written notice, are responsible for payment in full. Applied Client Network and Applied Systems are not responsible for non-refundable airfares or change fees incurred as a result of cancelled airline flights or changes imposed by the airlines due to inclement weather or scheduling changes. Hotel reservations should be cancelled directly with the host resort.
